Tamara "Tammy" Fallin Newsam, 60, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, at her home.

She was born on June 9, 1965, in Evansville, IN, to the late Patricia Oglesby Fallin and Jerry Wayne Fallin. She was an LPN for Hillside Center and many other nursing homes. She loved shopping and collecting handbags. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. Tammy was a member of Providence Rural Methodist Church.

Her survivors include her husband, Michael Newsam; children, Debra (Derek) Boyd Messimore of Livermore, KY, Daniel Boyd of Earlington, KY, Sasha "Alexandria" Newsam Morgan of Cartersville, GA; and Frank Richard Adams III of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Ariah Messimore, Bentlei Messimore, Naomi Messimore, Phoenix Boyd, Joey Adams, and Bekka Adams; and her loving companion cat, Elly Bug.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, April 4, 2026, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Matt Davis officiating.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home.
