William "Billy" Thomas Dunlap, 55, of Madisonville, KY passed away peacefully at 10:35 p.m. on Monday, October 1, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on February 21, 1957 in Detroit, MI to the late Jack Dunlap and Robbie Gennell Ewing Dunlap. He was a loving father, brother, grandfather and friend to many. He was a self employed contractor and was of the Christian faith.

He is survived by two sons, Kris (Michelle) Dunlap and Doyle Dunlap; his daughter, Kristian (Randall) Dunlap Word; four grandchildren, Coty Thomas, Kristoffer Dunlap, Hallie Ferrell and KayLeigh Ferrell; his sister, Pat (Slim) Wells, all of Madisonville; his uncle, Bill Ewing of Providence, KY; his nieces and nephews, Pam (Rick) Westby, Shelia (Doug) McManus and Derrick (Tiffanny) Wells; his loving caregiver and fiance, Lesa Heltsley, all of Madisonville; and several great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Gary Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Derrick Wells, Bremen Ferrell, Austin Crook, Pat Rickard, Tony Lamb, Stevie May and Justin Sherman.
