William "Bill" Frazer, 87, of Dalton, KY passed away at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2014 at his home.

He was born on February 4, 1927 in Dalton, KY to the late Pearl Wyatt Frazer and William Alexander Frazer. He was a United States Army Veteran and was a self-employed farmer. In the year 2000 he receieved the honor of Farmer of the Year. He was a member of Dalton Baptist Church in Dalton.

In addition to his parents he was prceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Frazer they had been married for sixty wonderful years at the time of her passing; his sisters, Amanda Dever and Nell Richards.

He is survived by his sons, Nick (Cathy) Frazer and Sam (Christina) Frazer both of Dalton; his daughters, Faye (Mark) Walker of Rabbit Ridge, KY, Kaye (Homer Lee) Richardson of Brandenburg, KY and Willa (Brad) Egbert of Dalton; his sister, Ada Peyton of Dalton; his grandchildren, Richard Frazer, Matt Frazer, Justin Frazer, Robert Holloman, Patrick Holloman, Alex Richardson, Lydia Richardson, Katlyn Egbert, Jaclyn Egbert, Sammy Frazer and Danielle Frazer; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2014 in Dalton Cemetery with Bro. Dennis Mayfield officiating. Burial to follow. A time of remembrance will be held after the graveside service at Presbyterian Church in Dalton from 2:30 p.m. until 5 p.m. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be the grandsons. The honorary pallbearers will be the granddaughters and a grandson.
