William Eric Faulk, 45, of Madisonville, Ky. passed away at his home on Monday February 21, 2011 at 3:30 a.m.
He was born on January 13, 1966 in Madisonville, Ky. to the late William Fred Faulk and Carolyn Faulk. He was a supervisor at RLR Hop
Woodshop in Elkton, Ky. for 23 years. He was a Christian.
He is survived by his wife Donna Staser Faulk; two daughters, Erica Dawn Faulk and Amanda Jo Hill; one son, Daniel Edward Stevens; one sister, Tara Fryar; one brother, John Faulk; one niece and one nephew.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday February 23, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Steve Browning officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Providence, Ky.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Daniel Stevens, Mark Faulk, John Faulk, Barry Moore, Brandon Austin, Chris Pyle, Kenny Ezell, Ricky Terry and Jack Allison.
Memorial contributions may be made to First United Bank S. Lynn Moore Fund.
