Wanda Lee Loney Lemke, 82, of Dawson Springs, Ky. passed away at 2:40 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at her home.

She was born on March 10, 1929 in Greenville, Ky. to the late Alvis Loney and the late Oleva Tyson Loney. She retired from AT&T and she also sat with the elderly. She was a member of Oak Hill Holiness Church in Nortonville, KY.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, James Cunnigham and a husband Joseph Sternfeld.

She is survived by her husband Leo N. Lemke; four daughters, Pat Stinson of Booneville, IN; Vikki Harris of Onarga, IL; Vera (Joseph) Todd of Madisonville; Josie (Lonnie) Mathis of Dawson Springs; two sons, Carroll Cunningham and Leo J. Lemke both of Dawson Springs; several grandchildren; great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday September 13, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Ricky Winstead officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery near Anton, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Tuesday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Alex Mathis, Thomas Cunningham, Jody Todd, James Todd, Leo J. Lemke, and Chris Richey.
