Vickie Renae Smith Parks, 70, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at her home.

She was born on December 3, 1955, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Emma Woodruff Smith and Everett Emory Smith. She was formerly employed as an LPN for Brighton Cornerstone. She was an artist, animal lover, and enjoyed boating. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Vickie was of the Baptist faith.

Her survivors include her husband of fifty-one years, Mark Parks of Madisonville; son, Whitney (Amanda) Parks of Madisonville; brother, Layne (Trish) Smith of Madisonville; grandchildren, Cole Parks, Ella Parks, and Jack Parks; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
