Tina Darlene Armstrong, 57, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at her home.

She was born on November 5, 1963 in Madisonville to Roy Joe Head and the late Glenda Knight. She enjoyed arts and crafts and loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her son, Terry Eisenhauer.

Survivors include her husband, Scott Armstrong; father, Roy Joe Head of Providence, KY; sons, Thomas Eisenhauer of Madisonville and Brandon Eisenhauer of Princeton, KY; daughter, Amanda Eisenhauer of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Chloe and Clark Adcock, Emmy Bassett, Castle Gibson, and Gabrielle Eisenhauer.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at Life Apostolic Church, 1630 South Main Street Madisonville, KY 42431 with Pastor Dustin Lee officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.

The visitation will be from 2 p.m. until the service hour Wednesday at the church.
