Thomas Earl Harris Madisonville, Ky.-Thomas Earl Harris, 95, of Madisonville, died at 2:45 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2009, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Ky.

He was born April 24, 1913, at Nebo, Ky. to the late Thomas Monroe Harris and Hattie May Brinkley Harris. He retired from Small & Schelosky Furniture in Evansville, Ind. and also worked for Pleasant View Greenhouse in Madisonville. He was a member of Covenant Community Church in Madisonville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Harris on April 27, 2008; and one daughter Mary Helen Jones.

He is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Joyce Davis of Madisonville and Pat and Gene Brown of Evansville, Ind.; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Rev. Dennis Davis officiating. Burial will be at Concord Cemetery in Manitou, Ky.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.
