Terry Starks, Sr., 64, of Nebo, KY passed away at 6:47 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on September 15, 1948 in Nebo, KY to the late Celia and Ellis Starks. He was a truck driver for Asplundh Company. He was of the Christian faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, William Starks; three sisters, Mary Brantley, Dorothy Hart and Shelby Brown.

He is survived by his wife, Rosemary Starks; three sons, Elgie (Ann) Starks of Dawson Springs, KY, Terry (Marlena) Starks, Jr. of Hanson, KY and Jason Starks of Nebo; his daughter, Sonia (Ken) Lane of Madisonville; two brothers, Romane Miller of Madisonville and Ronnie Starks of Earlington, KY; two grandsons, Ethan Starks and Camden Starks both of Hanson; two granddaughters, Sabrina Starks of Dawson Springs and Madelyn Starks of Hanson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 15, 2012 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Phillip Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Dalton Cemetery in Dalton, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at Harris Funeral Home.
