Dr. Terry Cunningham, 61, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 12:55 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2014 at his home.

He was born on March 14, 1953 in Madisonville, KY to the late Marvin "Jack" Cunningham and Nellie Clayton Cunningham. Terry practiced dentistry in Madisonville for twenty-three years. In his spare time he enjoyed flying remote control helicopters and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Madisonville.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Vicki Cunningham; his son, Clay Cunningham of Madisonville; his sisters, Rita McKinsey of Madisonville and Mary (Mike) Barnett of Dawson Springs, KY; his brother, Tony (Mona) Cunningham of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 29, 2014 at First United Methodist Church in Madisonville with Bro. Ken Hundley officiating. Burial to follow in Olive Branch Cemetery in Hanson, Ky.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Sunday at Harris Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at First United Methodist Church.

Pallbearers will be Brown Badgett, Jr., Dr. Terry Brown, Keith Cartwright, Dr. Charles French, Lowell Sharkey and Dr. Randy Travis.

Memorial contributions may be made in Terrys memory to the First United Methodist Church Youth Ministry. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
