Teresa Jean Breske Revlett, 57, of Livermore, KY, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

She was born on November 23, 1966, in Valley City, ND, to Sharon Golz Hirsh and the late Gary Leslie Breske. Teresa was an active member of Livermore General Baptist Church and was also in their choir. She enjoyed family time and spending time with her friends.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Revlett.

Survivors include her mother, Sharon Golz Hirsh of Valley City, ND; sons, Douglas Muir of Lexington, KY, and Jerry (Courtney) Muir of Winchester, KY; sister, Tammy Sadek of Rogers, ND; twin sister, Lisa Schaffer of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Layla, Max, Ella, and Walker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
