Tera Renea Holmes, 46, of Sebree, KY, passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022.

She was born on January 2, 1976, in Madisonville, KY, to Larence Holmes and the late Martha Tompkins Holmes. She loved mudding, fishing, and all water sports. Tera was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Samantha Sue Holmes; stepmother, Sharon Lee Ashby Holmes; and stepson, Taylor Darnell.

Survivors include her father, Larence Holmes of Sebree; son, Skylar (Kimberly) Bumpus of Madisonville; daughter, Darrien Patterson of Nortonville, KY; sisters, Tonia Holmes of Sebree and Savannah (Jimmy) Schinault of Henderson, KY; and stepsister, Crystal Robinson of Robards, KY.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Jason Bumpus officiating. Burial to follow at Sassafras Grove Cemetery in Onton, KY.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Mark Woodruff, Frankie Payton, Terence Tompkins, Skylar Bumpus, Jeff Tompkins, and Andy McLain.
