Tandi Leigh Sager, 67, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at her home.

She was born on October 11, 1956, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Bill and Henry-Etta Mitchell. Her greatest enjoyment was her grandchildren, many friends, and rescuing senior dachshunds over the years. Her latest companions were Tater-Tot and Reese-Cup. Tandi was a member of the Assembly of God Faith Church.

Survivors include her husband of thirty-seven years, Terry Sager of Madisonville; daughter, Whitney Newell of Madisonville; sister, Gale Lutz of Hanson, KY; granddaughter, Lexie Duncan of Nashville, TN; and grandson, Will Strader, of Sacramento, KY.

There will be no services. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
