Sue Ellen Villines Barnett, 87, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, at her home.

She was born on December 30, 1934 in Hanson, KY to the late Lula Oakley Villines and William Villines. Sue retired as a nurse aide from Regional Medical Center in Madisonville. She enjoyed cooking and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her three brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include her son, Bobby (Debbie) Hardwick of Evansville, IN; daughters, Terry (Freddie) Moore of Madisonville, Kim (Ben) Buckman of Manitou, KY and Vicky (Tim) Kirkpatrick of Madisonville; sister, Jane Dinzler of Madisonville; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Tom Cantwell officiating. Burial to follow at Olive Branch Cemetery in Hanson.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Jessie Buckman, Josiah Watters, Tyler Woodruff, Tony Cruce, Michael Moore and Christopher Moore.
