Shirley Ann Glaysbrook, 86, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at her home.

She was born on June 17, 1935 in Mortons Gap, KY, to the late Lucille Fletcher Stanley and Lewis Stanley. She collected angels and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was taken care of by her beloved grandson, Caleb Glaysbrook. Shirley was a member of West Side Community Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Glaysbrook; brothers, Ronnie Stanley and James Stanley; and sisters, Gina Heltsley and Loretta Qualls.

Survivors include her daughters, Cindy (Kevin) Lubbers of Atlanta, GA and Melanie Morris of Murfreesboro, TN; son, Kevin (Tammy) Glaysbrook of St. Charles, KY; brothers, Louis Stanley, Larry Stanley, and Kenny Stanley; sister, Shannon Oakley; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2022, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Tommy Hayes officiating. Burial to follow at West Lawn Cemetery in Hanson, Ky.

Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour on Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Caleb Glaysbrook, Kevin Glaysbrook, Bryan Qualls, and Dallen Qualls.
