Sherry Shaw, 45, of Hanson, Ky. passed away at 6 a.m. on Tuesday April 19, 2011 at her home.

She was born on May 10, 1965 in Madisonville, Ky. to Glen Shaw and Betty Shaw. She was employed with Shaw Construction. She attended Pritchetts Chapel in Madisonville.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Sam Shaw, Zelphia Shaw, Thomas Tompkins and Helen Tompkins.

She is survived by her father and step-mother, Glen and Brenda Shaw of Hanson; her mother and step-father, Betty and Lee Shaw of Madisonville; three sons, Nathan McKibbin of Madisonville, Jacob Wilkinson and Thomas Wilkinson both of Las Cruces, New Mexico; one sister, Laura Ann Coffman of Owensboro, Ky.; a half-brother, Jason Shaw of Louisville, Ky.; two nieces, Shara Fleming and Hannah Coffman and one nephew, Heath Coffman.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday April 23, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Harry Baldwin officiating. Burial will be in Sassafras Grove Cemetery in Slaughters, Ky.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at Harris Funeral Home.
