Scott Minton, 37, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, May 13, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on July 23, 1981 in Madisonville, KY to Carolyn Minton and the late, Edward "Buddy" Minton. Scott was a self-employed construction worker. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his mother, Carolyn Minton of Madisonville; sons, Timothy, Xzavier, Skylar, Donavan, and Dalton; daughters, Mackenzie and Peyton; brothers, Mark (Sissy) Minton, Sparky (Belinda) Minton and Mark (Dave Ellis) Nation; sisters, Liesha (Glenn) Windes, Ossie (Allen) Alfred and Penny (Frank) Spurgeon; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at the City Park Pavilion in Madisonville. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
