Sandra K. Ruby Shadrick, 47, of Mortons Gap, KY passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on March 22, 1968 in Chicago, IL to JoAnna Shelton and Frank Ruby both of Madisonville. Sandra is preceded in death by a brother, Mark Allan Ruby.

In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband, Jimmy Shadrick of Mortons Gap; step-mother, Patti Ruby of Madisonville; step-father, Archie Shelton of Madisonville; daughters, Jennifer Morris and husband, Brian of Hanson, KY, Brandi Marsh and husband, Cody of Nortonville, KY, Sarah Grayer and husband, Chris of Madisonville; Heather Moore and Haley Moore both of Mortons Gap; son, Michael Moore of Mortons Gap; step-children, John Moore and wife, Allison of Madisonville, Michelle Lohse and husband, David of Hanson, Brittany Moore from Mortons Gap and Shelby Shadrick; several grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 19, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Gene Rickard officiating and Bro. Harold Lamb assisting. Burial to follow at Clearview Cemetery in Vandetta, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Monday at the funeral home.
