Sandra Fay Eli, 64, of Nortonville, KY passed away on June 1, 2015 at The Heartford House in Owensboro, KY.

She was born on April 3, 1951 in Madisonville, KY to Adell Browning Hughlett and the late Woodrow Browning. She was a member of Nortonville Baptist Church.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother, Hughford Carl Browning.

She is survived by her mother, Adell Browning Hughlett of Nortonville; husband, Joseph "Joe" H. Eli with whom she celebrated forty-nine years of marriage on January 3; sons, Scott Eli of Dawson Springs, KY and Jason Eli and wife Anissa of Nortonville; daughter, Sonja Richey and husband Nathan of Nortonville; brother, Durwood Browning and wife Gladys; sister, Kay Fox and husband David; Sandra loved and enjoyed her grandchildren, Jessi Rodgers Finch, Cade Eli, Aaron Eli, Jade Ipock, Sam Richey, Augusta Eli, Cassidy Eli, Sid Richey, Natalie Richey and Mylanah Eli; she was also blessed with great-grandchildren Layken Cummins, Alexander Finch, Jr., Alie Jai Ipock and Harlan Eli; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and prayer warriors.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 5, 2015 at Nortonville Baptist Church with Bro. Daniel Vandiver officiating and Bro. Ronnie Sivells assisting. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Friday at Nortonville Baptist Church.
