Ruby Sisk Hendrix, 92, of Madisonville, KY. passed away at 7:50 a.m. on Tuesday August 31, 2010 at NHC Healthcare of Madisonville.

She was born on November 3, 1917 in Providence, KY. to the late Burley Kennedy and Rosie Capps Kennedy. She was retired from York Manufacturing as a line worker. She was a member of Maranatha Baptist Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Malra Sisk in 1979; her second husband, Lucian Earl Hendrix in 2005; three brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by two daughters, Lou (J.C.) Crockett of Marion, KY. and Eva Sue (Dale) Cullen of Dalton, KY.; one son, Carroll Douglas (Jean) Sisk of Sacramento, KY.; one sister, Susie Marie Lincoln of Rabbit Ridge, KY.; two step-daughters, Cheryl (Greg) Conner of Henderson, KY. and Rhonda Gayle Miracle of Corbin, KY.; ten grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday September 4, 2010 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Rev. Van Williams and Rev. Tommy Bogle officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Sisk, Brad Sisk, Stan Crockett, Joe Cullen, Timmy Cullen and Brian Cullen. Honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Cullen, Banzy Cullen and Bruce Lincoln.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday and from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at Harris Funeral Home.
