Ruby Harold Hancock, 77, of Beulah, KY. passed away at 10:25 p.m. on Monday September 6, 2010 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on July 22, 1933 in Beulah, KY. to the late Edna Egbert Hancock and Richard Kirah Hancock. He was a self employed farmer. He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Herman Hancock and Junior Hancock; two sisters, Mary Winstead and Louis Courington.

He is survived by three sons, Amon Hancock of MO., Burlie (Crissy) Stanley of Beulah and Stephen (Edith) Hancock of Henderson; a brother, James Rodney Hancock of MO.; two sisters, Mable Hendrix of Madisonville and Cora Cartwright of Madisonville; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday September 10, 2010 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Greg Gaddis officiating. Burial will be in New Beulah Cemetery in Beulah.

Pallbearers will be Sean Hancock, Zackary Stanley, Tyler Stanley, Troy Hancock, Ernie Hancock and Kevin Hancock.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.
