Ruby Kennedy Adams, 69, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 5:25 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

She was born on September 14, 1942 in Madisonville, KY to the late Willie and Anna Belle Kennedy. She was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Adams, Sr. and her brother, William Kennedy.

She is survived by her son, Roy Adams, Jr. of Madisonville; her sister, Mary Jane Ray of Madisonville; two brothers, Roy Kennedy and Elmo Kennedy both of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 20, 2012 at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville. Burial to follow.

There will be no visitation. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
