Rosella Peyton Capps, 75, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 2:25 a.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at her home with her children and family by her side.

She was born on March 28, 1937 in Coiltown, KY to the late Pearl and Lloyd Peyton. She was a homemaker and loving mother to her children. She was a member of Nebo Baptist Church in Nebo, KY.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Hubert Capps and her sister, Ruth Ann Edens. Rosella passed away four years to the date of her loving husband Hubert.

She is survived by her son, Kenny (Lana) Capps of Madisonville; two daughters, Michelle (Chris) Johnson of Madisonville and Allison (Aaron) Farmer of Providence, KY; two brothers, Loyd Edward Peyton of Detroit, MI and Baby Peyton of Madisonville; five grandchildren; Five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Terry Rhye officiating. Burial to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.
