Ronnie Skinner, 71, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 5:48 p.m. on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Brighton Cornerstone in Madisonville.

He was born on September 15, 1942 in Madisonville, KY to the late Lana and Pasqual Skinner. He was formerly the assistant manager at Melody Lanes in Madisonville and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Skinner; a grandson; and two great-granddaughters.

He is survived by his daughter, Rhonda Skinner of Madisonville; his sons, Michael Skinner and Perry Skinner both of Madisonville; his fiancee, Carolyn Garrett of Madisonville; his brother, Terrell (Rhonda) Skinner of Bowling Green, KY; his three grandsons he had a hand in raising, Michael, Nick and Josh Skinner; nine more grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Brad and Rachel Ballard officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
