Ronnie Eugene Cunningham, 75, of Manitou, KY, passed away on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at his home.

He was born on September 8, 1947, in Madisonville, KY, to the late Goldie Taylor Cunningham and Elby Cunningham. He was formerly employed with Fies II coal mines as an electrician and also Goodyear. He loved deer hunting, reloading bullets, and shooting with his crossbow. Ronnie attended Salem Primitive Baptist Church in Madisonville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jack Cunningham, James Cunningham, Harold "Good O" Cunningham, and Robert Cunningham; and sister, Kathleen Parkest.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-two years, Quinna Harris Cunningham; daughter, Sonya (Jason) Cunningham Parker of Madisonville; grandson, Nicolas Grant Burns of Madisonville; sister, Sue (John) Knight of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 21, 2022, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor Dwight Cox officiating. Burial to follow at Olive Branch Cemetery in Hanson, KY.

Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Tony Cunningham, Gary Cunningham, Bruce Knight, Mark Minton, Josh Knight, and Roger Cunningham. Honorary pallbearer is Doug Cunningham.
