Ronnie Lee Brasher, 65, of Nortonville, KY passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

He was born on October 8, 1953 in Madisonville, KY to the late Lawanda June Riley and Hershel Ross Brasher. Ronnie worked for thirty one years at Pyro Mining and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed watching Western's, loved his pets and loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, David Brasher.

Survivors include his wife of thirty years, Gladys Brasher; daughters, Shawna Brasher of South Carolina, Kristen Brasher Phillips and Christina Pruitt and husband, Ronald both of Nortonville; son, Shawn Stokes and wife, Kimberly of Nortonville; brothers, Dennis Brasher and wife, Wetonia of Madisonville and Doyal Brasher and wife, Quenell of St. Charles, KY; sister, Linda Brasher Hankins and husband, Clarence of Nortonville; eleven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2018 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Minister Russell Cline officiating. Burial to follow at New Salem Cemetery in Nortonville.

The visitation will be from Noon until the funeral hour Sunday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Wayne Ivy, Michael Stokes, Jonathon Stokes, Tyler Richardson, Ronnie Pruitt and Jeff Morgan.
