Robert Ray Teague, 80, of Providence, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

He was born on February 28, 1944, in Providence, KY, to the late Gladys Hess Teague and Raybert Teague. He retired as a machinist for Pyro Mining Company. He loved metal working and wood working. He enjoyed flea markets, knife collecting, and riding motorcycles. Robert attended Earlington Assembly of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne Teague and Marvin Teague; and sister, Janice Teague.

Survivors include his wife of forty-eight years, Judy Davis Teague; sister, Shirley (Mike) Hollis of Dawson Springs, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2024, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Pastor John McCurry officiating. Burial to follow at Grapevine Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour on Monday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Bryan Garst, Gage Garst, John Reynolds, Raymon Teague, and Mike Hollis.
