Robbie Nell Fowler, 84, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 7 a.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at her home.

She was born on May 23, 1929 in Madisonville, KY to the late Willie Ethel Gipson Bass and Charles Wilson Bass. She retired from Carhart as a seamstress and was a member of Bethlehem Christian Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Thomas "R.T" Fowler; her son, Michael Thomas Fowler, Sr.; and her sisters, Norma Jean Bass and Chars Ellen Bass Ezell.

She is survived by her grandson, Michael Thomas (Tracey) Fowler, Jr. of Madisonville; her granddaughters, Melissa Dawn (Matt) Forker of Henderson, KY and Tiffany Marie Angel of Cadiz, KY; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2014 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Tim Mason officiating. Burial to follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at Harris Funeral Home.
