Charles Ray Duggin, 75, of Providence, KY, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at Heartford House in Owensboro, KY.

He was born on August 16, 1948, in Murfreesboro, TN, to the late Eunice Travis Duggin and Earl Duggin. He was the owner and operator of Duggin Contractors. He loved fishing and hunting. He was a member of AMM – American Mountain Men. Ray attended the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his daughters, Jennifer Houchins and Christi (Steve) Blanchard, both of Madisonville; son, Jeremy (Kellie) Duggin of Madisonville; sister, Sharon Hobgood of Providence; granddaughters, Kayla Pierre and Emily Duggin; grandsons, Jacob Abell, Justin Abell, and Landon Duggin; great-grandchildren, Zoie, Mylah, Jaidin, Junior, and Weston; one nephew; and two nieces.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, 2024, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home with Dr. Sean Niestrath.

Visitation will be 11 a.m. until the service hour on Saturday at the funeral home.
