Phyllis Helen Mitchel's Obituary
Phyllis Helen Mitchel, 53, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Baptist Health Madisonville.
She was born on February 8, 1967 in Danville, IL to the late Goldie Leohr Martin and Ivan Mitchel.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Pheobe Mitchel, and Woodrow and Grace Leohr.
Survivors include her sisters, Lynnetta Thompson of Brighton, IL and Debra Mitchel of Terre Haute, IN; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
