Phillip Lewis' Obituary
Phillip Lewis 67, of Dawson Springs, Ky. died at 3 p.m., Monday, October 12, 2009, at his home.
He was born August 29, 1942, in Harlan County, Ky. to the late Homer Lewis and Eva Morgan Glakas. He was of the Lutheran faith.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Green and a nephew, Jimmy Green.
Survivors include two brothers, James G. Lewis of Christian County and Tom Cox of Dawson Springs; several nieces and nephews.
There will be no funeral service or visitation. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
