Perry Diane Clark, 62, of Slaughters, KY went to be with her loved ones and the Lord on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at her home.

She was born on March 21, 1958 in Gary, IN to the late Larry Thomas and Dora Dockery Thomas. She enjoyed watching black and white movies and silent movies. Perry was of the Baptist faith.

in addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Grady Thomas.

Survivors include her husband of forty-two years, Dale Clark; sons, Brandon (Jennifer) Clark of Slaughters and Ryan (Michelle) Clark of Madisonville, KY; grandchildren who lovingly called her "Nana", Hayden and Hannah of Slaughters and Josie and Eliza of Madisonville; brother, Mark Thomas of Slaughters; sisters, Lea (DeWayne) Wilson of Slaughters, Kim (Steve) Buchanan of Madisonville and Jane (Eugene) Shanks of Sacramento, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

At the request of Perry there will be no service. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.
