Paul Thomas Allen, Sr., 76, of Manitou, KY passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at his home.

He was born on November 21, 1942 in Madisonville to the late Jessie and Lewis Allen. Paul was a United States Army Veteran and was formerly employed with Hydro Conduit as a foreman. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Allen; four brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his daughter, Charlotte Davis and husband, John of Madisonville; sons, Paul Allen, Jr. of Manitou and Wesley Allen and wife, Diana of Coiltown, KY; sister, Sarah Allen of Kansas; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Eddie Fleming officiating. Burial to follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

The visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Wesley Allen, Willie Carter, Aaron Davis, Dustin Durham, Paul Allen, Jr., John Davis, David Allen and Steve Dunbar.
