Patricia "Prissy" Perkins, 69, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on February 27, 1948 in Providence, KY to the late Mamie Elizabeth Daugherty and Ollie James Daugherty. Patricia was formerly employed with Tyson Foods and was a member of Zion Brick Missionary Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, watching classic movies and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her husband of forty-five years, George Perkins; daughters, Jackie Perkins and Crystal Perkins both of Madisonville; son, George Perkins II of Madisonville; brother, Jim Daugherty and wife, Jenny of Greenville, KY; grandchildren, Alazayh Clark and Alycia Perkins both of Madisonville; several very loving nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Gertrude Daugherty of Nebo, KY.

A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, July 17, 2017 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Jim Daugherty officiating. Burial will be held at a later date at Bethlehem Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until the service hour on Monday at the funeral home.
