Patricia Tyson Mitchell, 68, of Greenville, KY passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at the Heartford House in Owensboro, KY.

She was born on October 3, 1950 in Madisonville, KY to the late Margaret and Elvis Tyson. Patricia enjoyed watching game shows and she truly loved nature and animals. She was of the Christian faith.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Mitchell; and her sister, Sandra Carol.

Survivors include her daughter, Audrey (Haley) Mitchell of Greenville; son, David (Rhonda) Pyle of Hopkinsville, KY; brothers, Greg Tyson and Dewayne Tyson; sister, Laquita Tyson; granddaughters, Sunni Tutor, Ciara Edmonson, Harley Daugherty; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Don Duncan officiating.

The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Saturday at the funeral home.
