Patricia Davis' Obituary
Patricia Davis, 60, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.
She was born on April 27, 1955 in Brownsville, TN to the late Alberta Clardy and Bob Tapp. Patricia was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Davis.
She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Plunkett of Madisonville; sons, Jammie Plunkett of Hanson, KY and Chad Davis of Madisonville; grandsons, Justin Plunkett and Jordan Simms.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at First Church of God in Madisonville with Chad Davis officiating. Burial to follow at Union Temple Cemetery in St. Charles, KY. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from noon until the service hour Sunday at First Church of God.
