Patricia Baldwin, 84, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at Hillside Center in Madisonville.

She was born on October 25, 1934 in Eldorado, IL to the late Edith Odell Ratley and Frank Ratley. Patricia was formerly an apartment manager at Pennyrile Park Apartments in Madisonville and was of the Christian faith. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and dearly loved her dog, Winnie.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Ronald Ratley.

Survivors include her sons, Jay Cooley of Eldorado, David Baldwin and Roger Thomas both of Madisonville; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held from Noon until 2 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville.
