Nettie Mae Jenkins, 84, of Madisonville, KY. passed away at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday April 27, 2010 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville.

She was born on February 17, 1926 in Muhlenberg County, KY. to the late Nervy Gossett Green and Frank Green.
She worked as a supply clerk at Madisonville Hospital. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Jenkins and several brother's and sister's.

She was a loving and very devoted mother to her daughter, Kay Jenkins of Madisonville. In addition to her daughter she is survived by three sisters, Loise Adcock of Blumfield IN., Janice (Billy) Oates and Brenda Rolley both of Greenville, KY.; two brothers, Jewell Green of Cadiz, KY. and David (Mary) Green of Graham, KY.; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday April 30, 2010 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Dr. Joe Leonard officiating. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at Harris Funeral Home.
