Nelva Jewell Salmon's Obituary
Nelva Salmon, 72, of Nebo, KY passed away at 11:55 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Ridgewood Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madisonville, Ky.
She was born on May 8, 1941 in Bedford, IN to the late Esther and Jesse Jewell. She was a member of Southland Church of Christ in Bedford, In.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David L. Salmon and her daughter, Davetta Salmon.
She is survived by her daughters, Jesse Pryor of Nebo and Vonda Salmon of Bedford; her son, David Salmon of Bedford; her brothers, Marion Jewell of Illinois, Gordon Jewell of California and Marlon Jewell of Bedford; her sister, Jesselyn Pfleider of Bedford; her grandsons, Ryan Duckett and Joshua Ellis both of Bedford; her great-grandson, Noah Ellis of Bedford; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
