Nathaniel Lee Fairchild, 7 months, of St. Charles, KY passed away at 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN.

He was born on February 9, 2012 in Christian County, KY to Crystal Felker and Christopher Fairchild.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sheila Groves; his great-grandfather, Ruddell Felker; and two cousins, Samuel Lindsey and Jason Cannon.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother, Ethan Fairchild; three sisters, Susan Fairchild, Neaveh Fairchild and Alley Sherman; grandparents, Mary Combs, Robert Felker, Tina Johns and Roger Johns; and his great-grandparents, Betty Felker, Sue Scott and Joe Scott.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 in Rowland Cemetery in Flat Rock, KY with Chaplain Pat Dew officiating. Burial to follow.

There will be no visitation. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
