Nancy Lea Clayton, 62, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.

She was born on January 15, 1953 in Madisonville, KY to the late Mary Lucille Duvall and Cecil Ernest Duvall. Nancy retired as a LPN with the Hopkins County Health Department and was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Amy Clayton Lawson; sisters, Cecilia Duvall McKnight and Sandra West; and brothers, Michael and Patrick Duvall.

Survivors include her husband of forty-four years, Jerry Clayton; daughter, Alyssa Browning and husband, Matt of Madisonville; grandsons, Preston Browning, Ethan Browning both of Madisonville and Clayton Lawson of Kennewick, WA; granddaughter, Macey Browning of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with the very Rev. Candyce Loescher officiating. Burial at a later date at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service hour Friday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made in Nancy's memory to St. Mary's Episcopal Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
