Michael Shane Cunningham, 57, of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2023, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

He was born on October 7, 1965, in Madisonville, KY to the late Patricia Clark Cunningham Cope and Talmadge Cunningham.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Timothy Cunningham; sisters, Tamela Jean Cunningham and Helen Tolliver; and great-nephew, Lincoln Gene Ward.

Survivors include his son, Michael Shane Cunningham; nieces, Chelse Cunningham, Misty Wix, and Anna Tolliver, all of Madisonville, and Chrysti Tolliver of Earlington, KY; nephew, Dustin Tolliver of Madisonville; and two grandsons.

There will be no service. Harris Funeral Home was entrusted with care.
