Melissa Chadwick Warford, 56, of Foley, AL, formerly of Madisonville, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL.

She was born on February 19, 1968, in Madisonville, KY.

Melissa's radiant smile, beauty, and ability to connect with everyone she met left a lasting impression. She will be remembered for her boundless kindness, sense of humor, and the profound impact she had on all who knew her. Melissa's family, friends, and everyone touched by her infectious joy will miss her deeply.

She is survived by her husband, Chris Warford; her cherished daughters, Hailey (Tyler) Trogden and Kelsey (Daniel) Ruanto; her beloved grandchildren, Kinzley and Warren; she is also mourned by her loving parents, Roger and Carolyn Chadwick; her brother, Shawn Chadwick; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of whom she held close to her heart.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, January 18, 2025, in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Pastor Scott Heltsley officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Madisonville.

A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Tyler Trogden, Daniel Ruanto, Noah Chadwick, Dylan Morgenson, Jeff Orten, and Dwain Orten.
