Martha A. Morgan, 86, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, July 11, 2016 at NHC Healthcare of Madisonville.

She was born on August 16, 1929 in Sparta, TN to the late Eron Breedlove Templeton and Charlie F. Templeton. Martha was formerly employed with General Electric in Madisonville and was a member of Church of Christ in Madisonville. She loved fishing and gardening but her greatest love was spending time with her family, grandchildren and the great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George Morgan; brothers, Leonard, Alvin and Vestal Templeton; and a sister, Jean Carter.

Survivors include her daughters, Janice Montgomery and husband, Kenny of Madisonville and Vickie Frank and husband, Mike of Evansville, IN; grandsons, Jacob Taylor and wife, Melissa of Madisonville and Will Frank of Evansville; granddaughter, Morgan Colbert and husband, Kevin of Evansville; great-granddaughters, Zoe Taylor of Monkeys Eyebrow, KY and Lylah Colbert of Evansville; and a great-grandson, Pierce Colbert of Evansville.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Mt. Pisgah Cemetery in Walling, TN with Hugh Hillis officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers are the family and friends of Martha.

In lieu of flowers condolences may be made in Martha's memory to the donor's charity of choice.
