Mark A. Clark, 51, of Manitou, Ky. passed away at 5:08 a.m. on Tuesday February 15, 2011 at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was born on March 16, 1959 in Madisonville, Ky. to Anna Clark McGregor and the late Harold Coleman Clark. He was a general manager for Polyweave Bag Company Inc. in Madisonville and a general manager for Polyweave Industries in Evansville, IN. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He was a devoted husband to his wife Susan of 21 years and a loving daddy and "Pops" to his children and grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Lynn Clark, Sr. and William Douglas Clark and his dear friend, Darrell Gossett.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Osborn Clark; his mother, Anna Clark McGregor of Manitou; three daughters, Samantha Clark (Donnie) Johnson of Madisonville, Brittany Marie Clark and Courtney Danielle Clark both of Manitou; one brother, Kenneth Wayne Clark of Clay, Ky.; two granddaughters, Ashleigh Gossett and Kayleigh Johnson; thirteen nieces and nephews; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, David and Joyce Osborn of Manitou.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday February 18, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Charles Lutz officiating and Billy Neal Parrish assisting. Burial will be in Concord General Baptist Church Cemetery in Manitou.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Donnie Johnson, Donald Osborn, Phillip Osborn, Wesley Allen, David Earl Allen and Tim Huggins.
