William 'Louis' Kelley, 73, of Nebo, KY, passed peacefully on Monday, February 5, 2024, at Madisonville Health and Rehab.

He was born March 6,1950, to the late Thelma Mae Smith Kelley and William Carriel Kelley, also of Nebo. He enjoyed taking long rides in the country and daily Huddle House visits with his brother. He liked watching westerns, eating potato soup, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Louie Kelley; and brothers, Carriel Wayne Kelley and Donnie Kelley.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Kurby) Kelley Cannon of Madisonville, KY; granddaughter, Cierra (Austin) Turner of Madisonville; great grandchildren, William Turner and Elyssia Turner; brothers, James (Lois) Kelley, David (Cheryl) Kelley, Jerry Kelley, and Eddie (Trisha) Kelley; and several nieces and nephews.

A private burial will be held at Union Cemetery in Nebo. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville was entrusted with care.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Louis' memory to the American Diabetes Association.
