Loretta Forker Crowley, 79, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on February 26, 1936 in Onton, KY to the late Mabel and Thomas Forker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-four years, Dewey Crowley who passed away on June 23, 2015; her son, Jerry Thomas Crowley; sisters, Helen Tompkins, Dean Sisk and Jewell Foster; and brothers, Raymond Forker and William Forker.

Survivors include, sons, Caroll Crowley and wife, Polly and Tony Crowley and wife Cindy all of Madisonville; granddaughters, Cassie Pendergraff, Kristen Parker, Natalie Larkins and Rebecca Carson; six great-grandchildren; sisters, JoNell Stone, Shirley Sugg, Katherine Hook and Barbara Hibbs; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Carl Nelson officiating. Burial to follow in Hanson Cemetery in Hanson, KY.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Wednesday at Harris Funeral Home.
