Leroy Kuthe, 78, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

He was born on September 7, 1940 in Chicago, IL to the late Wanda and Theodore Kuthe. Leroy was formerly a carpenter for Mid South Home Improvements and was a member of Beulah Crossroads Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie Lynn Kuthe; sisters, Sandra Kerchner and Gerry Wilson; and his brothers, Allen Kuthe and Donald Kuthe.

Survivors include his wife of forty years, June Kuthe; sons, Stephen Kuthe, Kevin Kuthe and Chris Kuthe; daughters, Darlene Elkins, Stacey Sample and Rita Belt; brother, Thomas Kuthe; sister, Jacklyn Bromstrup; twenty-two grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2019 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Ronnie Cullen officiating. Burial to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Madisonville.

The visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the funeral hour Thursday at the funeral home.

The pallbearers are Ricky Morse, Tim Bruce, Steve Bruce, Bill Bruce, Ronnie Hartford and Dustin Hartford.
