Lee Oma Gilland, 92, of Madisonville, KY passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Baptist Health Madisonville.

She was born on June 25, 1925 in Sacramento, KY to the late Agnes and Oscar Rickard. Lee enjoyed cooking and gardening.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Gilland.

Survivors include her son, Donald Garrett and wife, Joyce of Dawson Springs, KY; daughter, Carolyn Garrett of Madisonville; sister, Ruth France of Madisonville; three grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandchild; ten great-great-grandchildren; three step-great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Bethlehem Cemetery in Madisonville with Bro. David Garrett officiating. Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville is in charge of the arrangements.
