Laura "Susie" Baldwin's Obituary
Laura "Susie" Baldwin, 50, of Madisonville, KY. passed away at 1 a.m. on Saturday June 12, 2010 at her home.
She was born December 1, 1959 in Hopkins County, KY. to Lois Breedlove Crawford and the late Dale Truman Baldwin. She worked as a secretary for the Mine Safety and Health Administration. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a stepfather, Marion Crawford; a brother, Steven Wayne Baldwin and a half brother, Kevin Baldwin.
She is survived by her mother, Lois Breedlove Crawford of Hanson; a daughter, Megan Clark of Madisonville; a son, Michael Phebus of Madisonville; a nephew, Joshua Baldwin; Several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Thursday June 17, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Bro. Harry Baldwin officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time Thursday at Harris Funeral Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Megan Clark Fund. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
